Ingredient Selection:
- Research and evaluate raw materials and ingredients for their suitability in formulations, considering factors such as efficacy, cost, and environmental impact.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging ingredients to ensure products meet or exceed market expectations.

Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain product quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of formulations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality specifications.

Process Optimization:




- Work closely with manufacturing teams to scale up formulations for production while optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure that formulations comply with local and international regulations governing personal hygiene and household cleaning products.

Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulations, experiments, and test results.
- Prepare and update product documentation, including ingredient lists, safety data sheets (SDS), and technical specifications.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research and development, and quality control, to bring innovative products to market.
- Engage in effective communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in formulating personal hygiene and household cleaning products.
- Strong understanding of chemical properties, reactions, and interactions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for consumer goods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
