Understand business sector strategies, issues and operational realities so you can support IT teams in developing efficient solutionsConduct complex analyses, identify discrepancies, and make recommendations to optimize system efficiency and resolve issuesDocument requests and make recommendations for designing or adapting systems to meet business needs and facilitate decision-makingProduce technical and functional specifications including expected system behaviours, use cases and user interactions with the systemDesign diagrams to model current and target processesCollaborate with your delivery team to define acceptance criteria, draw up plans and carry out functionality testsYour team
