Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a security-minded infrastructure engineer who can architect, design, and deploy a vulnerability management program from the ground up — not simply operate a tool. You will be embedded within a Linux engineering team supporting a large-scale vulnerability remediation initiative, responsible for shaping the security posture of the workplace end-to-end. This is a hands‑on design and implementation role requiring both deep technical ability and the strategic mindset to drive remediation outcomes across a complex environment.Skills and Requirements
5+ years in a security engineering or infrastructure security roleHands‑on experience architecting and deploying a vulnerability management platform — Tænium, Qualys VMDR, Tenable.Io / Nessus, or Rapid7 InsightVMStrong Linux engineering background — RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or equivalentDemonstrated ability to design VM programs end-to-end, including scan architecture, agent deployment, and remediation workflow designExperience working within large, complex enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of CVE scoring, CVSS, patch management, and vulnerability prioritization frameworksAbility to communicate risk findings and remediation priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with cloud security posture in hybrid environments (AWS, Azure,
