The VDC/BIM Coordinator implements project BIM workflows and supports the VDC/BIM Manager, Design, and Construction teams. This role requires interdisciplinary coordination, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and cloud workshared modeling. It also applies BIM tools across clash detection, constructability reviews, quantity takeoffs, scheduling, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Project BIM Execution Plans and associated workflows
- Review consultants’ models for health, quality, standards, and LOD compliance
- Coordinate documents, stakeholders, RFIs, issuances, and specifications




- Publish federated models and coordinate trade shop drawings
- Host coordination meetings and track resolution of issues

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ VDC/BIM coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Experience with Bluebeam and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Understanding of construction drawings, structures, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
