You will gather, document, and analyze business needs with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. The work includes JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, use-case modeling, data modeling, and process modeling. It supports consistent requirements practices across project phases and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop requirements-gathering processes using JAD sessions
- Conduct interviews, mockups, and use-case surveys
- Perform business, use-case, and data modeling
- Define business rules and non-functional requirements
- Develop performance measures and traceability matrices

Requirements:

- Experience with GUI design and mockups such as Balsamiq
- Experience with JAD, UML, and CASE tools
- Experience documenting system requirements with development teams
- Experience with structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility requirements and AODA regulations
