We are seeking looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage the delivery of next-generation AI initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex AI research, software engineering, and strategic business outcomes. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, autonomous analytical agents, and advanced Knowledge Graphs.

Manage large-scale, complex, AI programs from inception to production deployment.

Manage cross-functional teams consisting of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.

Partner with architects and tech leads to design robust, production-grade architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.

Identifying and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.

10+ years of total experience, with a strong track record as a Technical Program Manager delivering large-scale, enterprise software systems

- Demonstrated experience building, scaling,



or deploying Generative AI technologies, specifically RAG Systems, Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear, concise, and business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients.

PMP, Scrum Master or SAFe Certifications

Experience managing large scale programs involving globally distributed teams
