Great Question
Montreal
Backed by world-class investors and trusted by industry-leading teams like Gusto, Experian, Canva, and Brex, we’re building the future of customer research.
Our culture is built on high trust, high agency, and high emotional intelligence. It’s an individual contributor role, remote in North America with Pacific‑hours overlap.
We want that chain simple and reliable enough that a builder, or an agent working for them, can run it end to end in a versatile way. In your first three months, you’ll take over an area tied to our strategy, ship a few meaningful things with your team, and find out whether they worked.
Dig through product data and customer signals – support chats, sales asks, your own research – and come back with a strong hypothesis about what will move your outcome.
- Ship it well. Keep the team organized and motivated, and stay close enough to the details that it ships on time and to a high bar.
- 5+ years as a product manager in B2B software.
- You’re as comfortable in product analytics or a database query as you are on a customer call. You stay in the details, and you’ve shipped complex work on time without lowering the bar.
- You use AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor every day, and you’ve shipped AI features yourself – MCP servers, agentic workflows – that held up in production.
You try new tools constantly, keep up with what’s possible, and can tell where AI helps and where it just adds noise.
Technical enough to be dangerous. You use AI to get hands‑on, whether that’s shipping a small fix or prototyping something in code.
Close to customers.
You talk to customers regularly and it shows up in your decisions.
You push through the hard parts and finish what you start, without letting quality slip.
Bonus points
You’ve worked hands‑on with agent runtimes, or measured the quality of AI output.
You’ve been on a remote, async team before.
If you’ve been a PM or designer for a while, you’ve shipped something without enough customer signal and wondered afterward if you got it right. You’ll get to throw the newest AI capabilities at it, and a lot of what we’re building wasn’t possible a year ago. Nobody has figured out how builders can seamlessly incorporate customer signal into the dozens of decisions they make each week. We’re a small, senior team. You’ll own an area end to end, and we care more about what changed for customers than about what shipped.
Product, design and engineering work closely together, and everyone stays close to customers. We’re remote, so we write things down and lean on async.
