Lead early access coordination for OceanMD’s digital healthcare solutions, combining organized project planning with thoughtful client feedback. Work hybrid from Toronto two to three days weekly.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Operations, the Product Launch Specialist supports early access programs across OceanMD and Ocean Labs. You will coordinate onboarding, demonstrations, check-ins, and feedback with healthcare providers. You will also align Product, Marketing, Business Development, Education and Training, and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate early access programs from planning through launch

Track progress, roadblocks, responsibilities, and changing requirements

Set expectations and respond to participant questions





Organize feedback and identify recurring client challenges

Support adoption through training and follow-up activities

Requirements:

Experience coordinating client implementations or cross-functional initiatives

Understanding of software testing, launch, and adoption processes

Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project tools

Confidence facilitating discussions and gathering meaningful feedback

Flexibility for occasional meetings outside regular business hours

Use project coordination, healthcare client engagement, and feedback analysis to strengthen OceanMD early access programs.
