Guide lululemon’s global privacy strategy as Senior Privacy Counsel, advising leaders on complex laws, risk, incidents, and digital products in a hybrid workplace.

This senior legal role independently advises business and legal leaders across complex, escalated privacy matters. You will support Technology, Digital, Asset Protection, and APAC partners while explaining legislative changes clearly. The work covers global privacy, marketing compliance, cybersecurity, and emerging case law.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct stakeholders on complex global privacy laws and regulations

Advise during incidents and manage external counsel engagement

Assess risks across critical business initiatives and recent features

Revise privacy policies with Cybersecurity partners





Track matters, regulations, compliance execution, and program maturity

Requirements:

Seven or more years of privacy legal experience

Experience navigating NAM and APAC privacy requirements

Admission to a bar or in-house counsel eligibility

Knowledge of CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and APAC laws

Ability to explain legal concepts to technical audiences

Apply global privacy expertise, incident leadership, and risk-based counsel to lululemon’s evolving digital and retail business.
