We’re a small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on Gumloop across their company. We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to drive design across the full Gumloop product. You’ll own work from concept to delivery, contribute to our core design system, and collaborate directly with engineering and brand to ship polished, intuitive experiences. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone with exceptional taste and a love for building complex AI-native products.

Rapidly prototype recent concepts and features to validate ideas before full implementation





Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and paper cuts

Evolve Gumloop’s design language and product vision

You’ve shipped polished products and know what it takes to get from 80% to 100%

Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with AI tools like Paper, Claude Design, Cursor)

Ability to distill ambiguous problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
