You directly manage Toronto’s General Manager while aligning standards, priorities, reporting, and accountability across both locations. Progressive hospitality management experience owning location performanceExperience managing managers across locations or business functionsAbility to build forecasts, manage budgets, and interpret performance dataExperience with events, retail, inventory, and POS systemsValid Smart Serve certification and evening availabilityBring hospitality leadership, financial judgment, and operational discipline to Collective Arts’ Hamilton and Toronto locations.
