Design growth experiments at Tailscale as a Product Designer focused on activation, onboarding, and monetization in a fully distributed company.

Working with Product, UX Research, and Engineering, you will deliver minimum-viable solutions, learn from experiments, and maintain a high craft bar. The work supports self-serve, product-led SaaS growth.

Draft product changes supporting existing growth initiatives

Three to five-plus years of product design experience

Experience with onboarding, growth, or monetization design

Hands-on A/B testing and behavioral analytics experience

Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS motions

Distributed, asynchronous work experience

Bring product design, experimentation, prototyping, and growth experience to Tailscale’s Product Growth team in Canada.
