Group Insurance Sales Representative

Full-Time, Permanent

Remote, with client meetings and travel within the assigned territory.

Hours: Monday–Friday, versatile schedule, 35 hours per week

Annual bonus: 35% of base salary, based on company performance.

109,350–$151,200, including the full 35% annual bonus. Bonus payment is subject to company performance.

Do you consider yourself a Group Insurance expert, motivated by the thought of surpassing goals and targets? Self-motivated, with a passion for sales? Our client is looking for an experienced, energetic, Account Executive to sell and maintain special risk group insurance plans within our National Group Insurance Sales team. The Account Executive plays a key role in a sales team spanning from Vancouver to Nova Scotia. This individual will be responsible for building new relationships with market intermediaries, strengthening existing partnerships, and supporting the implementation and renewal of the plans sold.

Strong knowledge of the life and health insurance brokerage community is an asset.

CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation is an asset.

Demonstrated aptitude for sales and business development.

Excellent English communication skills.

Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
