You will manage event strategy, logistics, brand experience, partner content, and follow-up. The work spans HubSpot, webinar platforms, vendors, Sales, Revenue Marketing, and senior leaders across a growth-stage consulting firm.Key Responsibilities:
Support event strategy from initial concept through follow-upRun conference, sponsorship, booth, vendor, staffing, and travel logisticsPlan themed dinners, roundtables, webinars, and guest experiencesCoordinate themes, collateral, speaker materials, and partner contentTrack contacts, budgets,



spending, meetings, and event performanceRequirements:
Two to four years in event planning or event marketingExperience managing multiple events with exceptional attention to detailConfidently engage senior executives, clients, vendors, and partnersExperience with HubSpot, event platforms, spreadsheets, and CanvaComfort using Claude or similar artificial intelligence toolsBring event marketing, relationship-building, HubSpot, and execution skills to Leo Berwick’s conferences, webinars, and client programs.
