We're a leading sightseeing tour company in Toronto, and we're looking for enthusiastic Sales Ambassadors to join our team for the season.(Contract position until the end of September )

What You'll Be Doing

- Actively engaging guests and passersby with energy and enthusiasm to promote our unforgettable sightseeing experiences
- Driving ticket sales by confidently presenting tour options, features, and benefits
- Upselling premium packages and combos to boost guest value and company revenue
- Delivering exceptional customer service while answering questions and helping guests plan their perfect day in Toronto
- Handling cash, credit card, and voucher transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Building excitement by distributing promotional materials and highlighting special deals
- Organizing and manage lineups smoothly to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Redeeming vouchers and validating tickets quickly to keep the line moving
- Tracking daily sales and assist with reports to help the team hit targets
- Staying in constant communication with teammates and dispatch to coordinate operations
- Proudly representing the City Sightseeing brand with a confident attitude and a smile
- Helping onboard new Sales Ambassadors by sharing tips and best practices

Pay: From $17.47 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
