Technology Join our Insurance Technology team as a Senior Business Analyst supporting a complex Life Insurance application landscape, with a particular focus on integrations between applications. You will combine strong core business analysis and stakeholder management skills with practical knowledge of insurance processes, platforms, and technology. Elicits requirements and analyzes feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes. Supports various project teams across the project lifecycle to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements. Develops informative, coherent, and usable project documents (project artifacts) for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business requirements. Applies depth of domain & functional expertise for the assigned portfolio to drive the expected business value. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. Builds tests cases in order to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results. Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; Provides specialized consulting, analytical and technical support. The role involves translating business needs into clear, implementation-ready requirements and analyzing how applications interact through APIs, interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies. You will produce detailed artifacts, including LRDs and DRSs, and work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, vendors, and Quality Assurance teams throughout delivery. Experience with Sapiens, Salesforce, AI tools, or implementing AI use cases in Life Insurance or financial services is an asset. Business requirements definition and analysis. Functional Analysis.
