As Employee Experience & Learning Coordinator, you will support FOSS Academy, onboarding, engagement, recognition, and career development programs. You will coordinate learning calendars, maintain LMS records, create materials with Canva and PowerPoint, and support culture-building activities across business units and locations. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture, this role combines event coordination, learning administration, employee communications, and program tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate annual FOSS Academy learning calendars across locations
- Manage registrations, attendance, communications, evaluations, and reporting




- Maintain LMS learning records, content, and pathways
- Coordinate onboarding plans, orientation, and first-90-day experiences
- Support recognition programs, surveys, events, and culture initiatives

Requirements:

- Two-plus years in employee experience, learning, events, HR, or related fields
- Exceptional organization and project coordination skills
- Solid presentation design and communication skills
- Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and LMS experience
- Comfort facilitating discussions and presenting to groups
