Lead warehouse operations at Grand & Toy’s Winnipeg Customer Fulfillment Centre using team leadership and operational performance skills. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This Operations Supervisor owns a standalone fulfillment operation and leads day-to-day performance. You will build accountability, coach employees, monitor productivity, and improve service and efficiency. The role also oversees inventory, staffing, maintenance, security, payroll, and operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily warehouse operations and maintain a safe, productive environment
- Set expectations, coach employees, and address performance challenges
- Monitor productivity, service, and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory, staffing, maintenance, security, and payroll




- Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

- Experience leading warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment teams
- Track record influencing culture, accountability, or operational performance
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical, solutions-focused problem-solving approach
- Confidence working independently in a standalone operation
