As an Associate Insurance Service Advisor, you provide in-force policy support to licensed advisors, Branch Managers, and Insurance Consultants. You serve as a regional contact for policy management questions, advisor training, statements, notices, illustrations, and paperwork. Your work also addresses policy risks and client servicing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support licensed advisors with in-force policy management activities
- Deliver Centralize access training and servicing best practices
- Review permanent policies and identify potential future issues
- Manage orphaned policies as regional Agent of Record
- Identify opportunities for conversions and secondary sales

Requirements:

- Three to five years within the life insurance industry
- University degree or equivalent education
- LLQP qualification
- Permanent life insurance and carrier software experience
- Estate planning and corporate-owned insurance knowledge
