As a Personal Support Worker, you will monitor care according to established plans and report observations to your immediate supervisor. You will document resident care information, attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops, and assist with onboarding recent staff as directed.

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Know simple treatments and bedside care techniques
- Understand sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs

Support AgeCare residents through compassionate care planning, observation, documentation, sanitation, and infection prevention practices.
