Engineer Microsoft 365 platforms with SharePoint Online expertise for a large retail client’s Digital Workplace team. This contract role offers possible extension.

Insight Global seeks a mid-level Platform Engineer to configure and support enterprise collaboration platforms. The work spans Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, identity and access management, and enterprise SaaS applications. You will improve platforms through automation, integrations, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engineer and configure enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms
- Support SharePoint Online and broader Microsoft 365 capabilities
- Build automation, scripts, integrations, and platform improvements
- Troubleshoot configuration, permissions, identity, APIs, and integrations




- Own changes through testing, deployment, validation, and support

Requirements:

- Four or more years supporting enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
- Solid SharePoint Online engineering and administration experience
- Hands-on Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups experience
- PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST API, or Power Automate experience
- Understanding of permissions, SSO, OAuth, security controls, and governance
