As a Senior Specialist, Subcontracts Management, you will manage subcontractors and integrate their work scopes within programs. The work covers sourcing strategies, subcontract terms, proposal evaluation, and contract execution. Collaboration spans Program Management, Business Development, Supply Chain Leadership, Operations, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor cost, schedule, and performance parameters
- Develop sourcing strategies and supplier risk mitigation plans
- Prepare proposals, negotiate provisions, and administer subcontracts
- Coordinate subcontract additions, deletions, and modifications
- Guide document markings with Trade Compliance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience
- Strong negotiation skills and aerospace subcontracting experience
- Knowledge of company legal terms and conditions
- Experience with ITAR, EAR, and Controlled Goods programs
- Eligibility for Reliability and Secret Level 2 clearances
