Lead strategic technology vendor governance in Toronto, using negotiation and executive reporting skills within TD’s Procurement and Sourcing business.

As Vendor Manager II, you will support major telecommunications vendors and managed service engagements across TD’s Strategic ITS Vendor Portfolio. Your work spans contract lifecycle governance, supplier risk management, financial processes, and vendor performance. You will collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, business owners, finance, audit, compliance, and technology stakeholders to support enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support strategic ITS vendor portfolios and governance models
- Maintain records and initiate timely contract negotiations
- Manage approvals and recurring governance meetings




- Drive negotiations with Strategic Sourcing and internal partners
- Present performance dashboards to senior executives

Requirements:

- Executive audience communication and reporting experience
- Microsoft Office, Ariba, and Coupa experience
- IT cost reduction and negotiation experience
- College or university education in engineering or finance, or equivalent experience
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teams
