Communicate field priorities and outstanding issues clearly, and build professional working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, Indigenous partners, and other stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to students and junior personnel where assigned, appropriate to experience and under the direction of project management and site supervision.
