As Team Lead, Integration, you will oversee initiatives across enterprise systems and lead integration architects, analyst-developers, and functional analysts. Your work spans requirements, architecture, development, deployment, and operational support. You will also shape standards, governance, and technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the integration team
- Manage capacity, sprint priorities, and performance tracking
- Oversee integration delivery through deployment and operational support
- Guide APIs, microservices, and SAP interface implementation
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years of IT experience
- At least two years leading integration teams
- Expertise in REST, SOAP, middleware, ETL, and Talend
- French and English bilingualism for global collaboration
