As Division Manager, you will oversee the Vancouver Island Workplace team and contribute to McElhanney’s broader Environmental Practice. The position involves senior leadership, project delivery, client relationships, business development, and regulatory collaboration. You will guide technical staff across environmental projects serving communities, energy and resources, and transportation and transit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor Vancouver Island site assessment and remediation professionals
- Manage projects from planning through execution and reporting
- Strengthen client relationships and pursue local business development




- Provide strategic environmental guidance to teams and clients
- Coordinate subcontractors, timelines, quality, and project goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ environmental consulting experience focused on assessment and remediation
- Five-plus years of people management experience is an asset
- Eligibility or registration with a listed professional body
- Experience with First Nations communities and regulatory agencies
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License at hire
