Support Oracle Fusion Financials at Enbridge as an Advisor IT Application Services, applying functional and technical expertise in a complex enterprise environment.

This regular, full time position supports Enbridge’s Oracle Fusion Financials application portfolio. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, service providers, and vendors across General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and reporting. The role supports stable applications, enhancements, testing, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules and reporting solutions
- Manage incidents, service requests, break-fix activities, and problem management
- Analyze requirements and support configuration, testing, deployment, and validation
- Coordinate Oracle Cloud updates, patching,



release readiness, and operational activities
- Maintain procedures, knowledge articles, system documentation, and process documentation

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent education and experience
- Four or more years supporting Oracle Financials or similar enterprise applications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials
- Knowledge of accounting principles and period-end close activities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary technology teams
