As Senior Residential Mortgage Underwriter, you manage the full credit adjudication process from application decisioning through mortgage-condition fulfillment. The work includes exception management, pricing determinations, documentation review, and service-target delivery. You will support Residential Lending growth and profitability while partnering with Partner Experience, Credit Quality Assurance, and Funding teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate, structure, and evaluate residential mortgage applications
- Manage portfolio risk within authorized credit limits




- Issue mortgage commitments with appropriate conditions
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and AML compliance
- Manage cases and tasks within Service Level Agreements

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ residential origination experience
- Alternative lending experience preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications
