impact Lead, coach, and engage a team of
functional analysts;Plan and coordinate the
team’s activities and deliverables;Foster
strong collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and
the system integrator;Ensure seamless
integration between SAP, peripheral systems, and legacy
systems;Drive the resolution of functional,
technical, and integration issues;Ensure the
quality of deliverables and their compliance with project
requirements;Support project governance and

are a collaborative and engaging

business needs.You bring:Significant experience leading teams of
functional analysts as part of a large-scale ERP
implementation;End-to-end SAP
S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally within a
manufacturing environment;A strong




understanding of ERP-supported business processes and their
interdependencies;Experience working closely
with system integrators;Strong leadership
skills, combined with excellent communication, problem-solving, and
priority-management abilities;A degree in
information technology, project management, finance, business
administration, or a related field;Bilingual
proficiency in French and English, both spoken and
