Apply cost control and forecasting expertise as a Project Controller supporting Cementation’s shaft sinking project at NexGen Rook I, Saskatchewan.

This Project Controller executes daily cost-control and forecasting activities for a technically complex underground construction project. You will maintain accurate cost data, track actual costs and commitments, support cost-at-completion forecasts, and analyze performance, risks, and opportunities. The role reports to the Project Controls Manager within the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cost reports, forecasts, commitments, accruals, and variance analyses
- Track actual costs against budgets and identify emerging trends
- Prepare client-facing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Explain cost drivers, variances,



and forecast movements to leadership
- Coordinate cost data with schedules, progress, and change information

Requirements:

- Three to five years of project cost-control experience
- Construction or mining project experience
- Strong understanding of forecasting, accruals, commitments, and variance analysis
- Robust Excel skills and careful attention to detail
- Ability to explain cost findings clearly to stakeholders
