Support weekly forecasting and financial reporting for ATS Life Sciences Systems across Canada, the UK, and global teams. Advanced Excel/VBA and analytical accounting skills are required.
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Life Sciences Service business and its leadership and project management teams. Your work covers revenue tracking, month-end reporting, financial data accuracy, and operational visibility. You will maintain forecasts, analyze variances, and help stakeholders understand business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly bookings, revenue, and gross margin reports
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes
- Track revenue performance and identify key variances
- Partner with Project Managers on project revenue, costs,
and margins
- Consolidate financial data and support recurring analysis
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in business or accounting
- Three to five years of analytical accounting experience preferred
- Advanced ERP knowledge, preferably JD Edwards
- Advanced Excel and VBA knowledge required
- Solid analytical, reporting, accounting, and communication skills
