Lead health services operations at Unity Health Centre using strategic planning and advanced leadership skills. This is a full time regular position in Unity, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Director of Primary Health Care, the Manager, Health Services supports Saskatchewan Health Authority goals. The role develops and executes operational and business plans, including monitoring, reporting, and course correction. It also builds partnerships with system and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop operational and business plans supporting Saskatchewan Health Authority goals
- Monitor, report, and correct operational plan progress
- Create operational lines of sight across objectives
- Lead cross-functional operations within the portfolio
- Develop partnerships with system and community partners

Requirements:

- Five or more years in healthcare and community health services
- Experience in leadership
- Nursing, Health Care Administration, or administration diploma
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Advanced communication, financial, analytical, and computer skills
