Drive FP&A; for BlueCat’s commercial leaders through advanced Excel, financial modeling, and clear business partnership. Work globally with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will own monthly financial rhythms across partner functions. You will analyze variances, reforecast headcount and costs, support Board reporting, and help leaders make decisions using data. The role also builds commercial and unit-economics analytics beyond the P&L.;

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders
- Lead monthly variance analysis and stakeholder reviews
- Manage reforecasting, assumptions, variable costs, commissions, and program spend
- Prepare Board, sponsor, executive reporting, commentary,



and KPI packages
- Support annual budgeting and translate strategy into financial plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Four to six years in FP&A;, corporate finance, or business partnering
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong SaaS metrics and subscription economics understanding
- Transparent communication with non-finance leaders and senior stakeholders
