- Conduct stakeholder interviews and analyze business processes
- Develop process models, workflows, use cases, and user stories

- Drive functional testing, defect resolution, and user training
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Senior Business Analyst experience
- Experience with large-scale modernization projects
