This position manages complex customer service issues, guides other leaders, and supports sales, cost control, resource planning, and inventory control. - Guide leaders and direct team performance
- Manage complex customer service issues through mediation
- Plan resources and control inventory
- Coach staff and communicate expectations clearly

Requirements:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate
- One year recent retail experience within five years
- Six months supervisory experience in retail
- Successful Serving It Right certificate completion
- Availability for days, nights, weekends, and required additional hours
