- Lead implementation and evolution of the Chamber’s strategic plan
- Drive revenue growth through memberships, sponsorships, partnerships, and events
- Strengthen member acquisition, retention, engagement, and measurable value
- Represent Guelph businesses through advocacy, media, and public forums




- Oversee Destination Marketing Guelph strategy, budget, and team

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible professional experience, including leadership
- Strategic leadership experience translating plans into measurable results
- Robust financial and commercial acumen with business development success
- Ability to influence Boards, businesses, governments, and community partners
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills
