Lincoln Electric is seeking a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead in Hamilton to lead the development, support, and enhancement of an industrial automation platform orchestrating machine operations, robotics, and operator-facing apps.

You will coach engineers, define standards, drive architecture, and own production incidents. The role requires deep coding involvement and collaboration across controls, QA, manufacturing, and product teams.
