Coordinate multidisciplinary rail infrastructure design for SYSTRA Canada’s hybrid Alto project, using technical interface management and BIM coordination expertise. Support buildable high-speed rail outcomes.

This coordinator manages technical development across a defined Alto sector. The work spans alignment, roadworks, bridges, geotechnics, earthworks, utilities, landscape, hydrology, and drainage. It also connects civil infrastructure packages with Rail Systems, Rolling Stock, Workplace, Facilities, and Stations workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical interfaces within an assigned Alto sector
- Review discipline outputs for compatibility and technical soundness
- Facilitate meetings, track interfaces, and resolve technical conflicts




- Maintain visibility over risks and elevate critical issues
- Support BIM model reviews and clash detection processes

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering degree
- Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience
- Multidisciplinary coordination experience on major infrastructure or rail projects
- Familiarity with BIM coordination, model reviews, and clash detection
- Clear verbal and written French and English communication
