Lead aerospace coatings sales from a fully remote base in Toronto or Mississauga, using account planning and customer relationships. Drive regional growth across major accounts and prospects.

As PPG’s Aerospace Sales Manager, you will manage assigned regional sales and market goals. The position covers coatings and sealants, direct selling, commercial negotiations, structured CRM pipeline management, and customer support. You will report to the Sales Director OEM and Aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop account plans for sales growth and margin improvement
- Maintain commercial chance pipelines using structured CRM data
- Build relationships across customer procurement, engineering, and leadership




- Lead negotiations and contract development within corporate guidelines
- Support aerospace product selection and usage

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five or more years of related sales experience
- Coatings or sealants experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with P&L; reporting and financial metrics
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel up to forty percent
