The Geotechnical Field Services Lead oversees training and leads field technicians. The work includes coordinating materials testing and inspection projects across industrial, commercial, residential, and road projects. Site visits, footing inspections, subgrade inspections, and in office troubleshooting support earthworks activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee training and lead field technicians
- Coordinate materials testing and inspection projects
- Complete site visits and project meetings
- Perform complex footing and subgrade inspections
- Troubleshoot on-site earthworks issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of local southwestern Ontario experience
- Civil Engineering diploma or degree
- Preferred focus in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering
- CCIL Certifications skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills
