Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, and evaluate advanced machine learning models for various business applications.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science problems.
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record in model development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
