Build Salesforce solutions with Apex and Lightning Web Components at Docebo, working in a hybrid mode three days weekly from the office. You will shape production releases.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will deliver solutions across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform configuration. You will work through design, build, testing, and release while supporting Salesforce integrations, security governance, and platform health. The position partners with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, administrators, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build production Salesforce solutions across the full lifecycle
- Review integrations, OAuth scopes, users, and permission sets
- Review pull requests and solution designs for maintainability




- Reduce technical debt and harden the Salesforce org
- Support access, provisioning, testing, and release activities

Requirements:

- Several years developing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations
- Experience with REST, platform events, or middleware
- Understanding of connected apps, OAuth, permission sets, and profiles
- Experience reviewing code and technical designs
- Clear written and spoken English communication
