As Associate Director, Field Medical, you will lead, mentor, and develop Medical Science Liaison teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop field-based Medical Science Liaison teams

Requirements:

- University degree in science or health-related field
- At least seven years pharmaceutical industry experience
- Majority of experience in medical affairs
- Strong knowledge of GCP, IMC Code, and compliance policies
- Ability to interpret hematology evidence and communicate relevance
