Land operations expertise meets hybrid work in Calgary at TC Energy, supporting access, acquisition, records, and complex land rights issues.

Reporting to the Manager, Land Operations Projects, this Land Analyst coordinates third-party programs and documentation. The position supports Integrity Projects, Damage Prevention, Canada Gas Projects, Operations, industry, and regulators. It manages land access, acquisition, public awareness, consent programs, and escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute project land scope
- Identify requirements, risks, and mitigation actions
- Coordinate representatives, providers, and stakeholders
- Support surface and permanent land rights acquisition
- Maintain agreements and records in Pandell

Requirements:

- Four or more years of relevant surface land experience
- Post-secondary education in Land Administration or related field
- Knowledge of Canadian land practices and regulations
- Ability to manage priorities and complex issues independently
- Experience with Pandell, SAP, registries, and Microsoft 365

Use land administration, stakeholder communication, and sound judgment to support TC Energy projects and operations from Calgary.
