Lead diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs as a Senior Geologist Supervisor at Highland Valley Copper, working on-site in Logan Lake, British Columbia.

This senior technical role oversees geology-driven programs supporting resource development, geological modeling, and Life-of-Asset planning. You will manage drilling scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, and geological data. Your expertise will support resource models, mine planning, production optimization, and long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute safe diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs
- Manage drilling scopes, schedules, budgets, and contractor oversight
- Monitor progress, risks, corrective actions, and project delivery
- Interpret porphyry copper-molybdenum lithology, alteration, mineralization,



and structure
- Mentor geologists and technicians while improving workflows and QA/QC

Requirements:

- Advanced Geology or related geoscience degree preferred
- Qualified Geoscientist membership with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
- 15+ years in operating mines or advanced project environments
- Advanced experience with porphyry copper-molybdenum deposits
- Proficiency with Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan, acQuire, or similar software
