At the Claresholm Centre for Mental Health and Addictions, you will provide social work services within an interdisciplinary team. Your practice may include psychosocial assessment, counselling, case management, family treatment, and risk screening. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and coordinate client discharge plans
- Deliver group work services with the program team

Requirements:
