This senior leadership role directs the healthcare practice’s strategic direction and national presence. You will combine market insight, procurement expertise, talent development, and operational leadership. The work includes strengthening regional capabilities and championing innovation in healthcare design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Architecture49’s national healthcare strategy
- Grow market share through client relationships and strategic pursuits
- Identify healthcare infrastructure opportunities across Canada
- Lead partnerships, business development, and major pursuit strategies




- Mentor healthcare leaders and support national capability building

Requirements:

- Qualified architecture degree and Canadian registration
- 15+ years leading healthcare architecture or project delivery
- Experience with complex facilities and infrastructure pursuits
- Understanding of Design-Build and P3 procurement models
- Established Canadian healthcare and infrastructure relationships
