Lead enterprise GIS delivery for land-focused programs at SYSTRA Canada in a hybrid GIS Project Manager role requiring ArcGIS Enterprise expertise.

This position coordinates technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across complex, multi-stream initiatives. You will manage GIS datasets, spatial workflows, web-based products, and enterprise platform delivery. The role supports land management objectives, including easement tracking, acquisition analysis, corridor assessment, and title integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multiple GIS workstreams against the land management roadmap
- Oversee datasets, spatial workflows, maps, layers, and dashboards
- Manage schedules, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and vendors
- Provide status updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors




- Define acceptance criteria and verify quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, geomatics, engineering, planning, or related field
- At least 20 years in GIS, spatial data, or delivery environments
- At least five years managing projects, delivery, or programs
- Strong ArcGIS Enterprise, spatial integration, transformation, and automation knowledge
- Explicit French and English verbal and written communication
