As Manager, Finance Automation, you will lead transformation engagements across Sun Life’s global Finance community. Partner with Finance teams, developers, and Agile delivery colleagues to redesign processes and deliver intelligent solutions. Apply GenAI, Agentic AI, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Amazon Quick, and RPA to address business needs and demonstrate measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engagements from discovery through value realization
- Identify high-impact AI use cases for Finance
- Map processes and uncover root causes
- Shape user stories and prioritized backlogs

Requirements:

- CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, or relevant degree
- Five to seven years of related industry experience
- Consulting or finance transformation experience
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
- Hands-on AI-enabled finance automation skills
