As Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems, you will connect order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows. You will gather requirements from customers, partners, and Accounting teams. Then, you will translate finance requirements into product requirements documents engineers can build from.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize financial system features using data-backed business cases
- Map finance, procurement, and operational personas and workflows
- Align Engineering, Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, and Operations
- Own release communication, documentation, procedures, and training




- Design audit trails, approvals, and SOX-relevant controls

Requirements:

- 8+ years product, program, or project management experience
- 4+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, staff accounting, or audit
- Fluency with accruals, revenue recognition, reconciliation, and month-end close
- Experience with general ledger and subledger accounting platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience
